Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not offer cash or card refunds.

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us at theluxehaus.support@gmail.com and we will gladly assist you with a size exchange or store credit, if eligible.


Exchanges

We offer exchanges for the same style in a different size, if available. If the requested size is unavailable, a store credit will be issued excluding shipping.

Exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of confirmed delivery.

To request an exchange, please email us with:

• Your order number

• Item name

• Requested size

Items must be returned in the exact condition in which they were received.

• Unworn

• Unused

• With all tags attached

• In original packaging

We reserve the right to refuse any item that shows signs of wear, odor, damage, or missing packaging. Non-compliant returns will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges, including return shipping and reshipment fees.
