Due to our fast processing time, orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed.
Shipping Time
Standard U.S. shipping takes 3–7 business days after processing.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Shipping Carrier
Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS.
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
The Luxe Haus is not responsible for packages returned due to incorrect addresses.
Customers are responsible for any reshipping fees.
Carrier Delays
Once your order has been handed to the carrier, delivery is outside of our control.
We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS, UPS, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Lost or Stolen Packages
The Luxe Haus is not responsible for packages marked as delivered.
If this occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Damaged Items
All items are thoroughly inspected prior to shipment.
If your package arrives damaged during transit, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. We are happy to provide supporting documentation if needed.
